On that day, BOCOG held an open day for colleges and universities and the awarding ceremony of the first batch of training bases for Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games. 120 teachers and student representatives from Peking University, Tsinghua University and other universities walked into Shougang office area of Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee for a visit. After the open day, BOCOG held the awarding ceremony of the first batch of training bases. 10 universities including Peking University and Tsinghua University and Yanqing District Sports Bureau became the first batch of training bases recognized by BOCOG.
